Mentorship and honest conversation that help children and adolescents work through pressure, habits, and the choices in front of them.

Our newest initiative, carrying community outreach and skill-building beyond Delhi-NCR into Hisar, Haryana.
Learn MoreTwo projects, two different problems to solve — the same volunteers showing up for both.
Project Shiksha didn't begin as a program — it began with two children who couldn't get into a government school because their families lacked the right paperwork. Volunteers stepped in to sort out admission forms, chase documentation, and sit with parents through a process that was never built with them in mind. Word spread. What started with two students now reaches more than fifty.

Not every problem a child carries shows up on a report card. Project Manthan gives children and adolescents a space to talk — about pressure, bad habits, and the choices in front of them — through mentorship, awareness sessions, and honest conversation. It's slower, quieter work than a classroom, but the shift in confidence and focus is the whole point.
